If you refill the toner cartridge without replacing the chip, the cartridge will not work. Our Reset Chip "RC-215" will make your toner cartridge work good as new after refilling. Buy one Reset Chip per refill. You must choose the correct chip for your particular printer manufacturer. Each manufacturer uses different coded chips.
