Important! : These cartridges use Reset Chips which monitor the toner levels. If you refill the cartridge without replacing the chip the cartridge will not work. Our Reset Chip "RC-362" will make your toner cartridge work as good as a new cartridge after the refilling process. Buy one Reset Chip per refill. You must buy the correct color chip. For example; if filling the cyan cartridge you will need the RC-362C Cyan Chip. Also remember to indicate what model printer you have when placing your order ... be specific (Okidata C3300, C3400, C3400N, C3520, C3530, or C3600 etc.). Until we can develop a multi-use chip you will need to use our single-use chip (just like the chip on the original cartridge). Our Starter Kits already include the Reset Chips for each color. However if you are ordering bottles of bulk refill toner to further increase your print savings you will need to purchase a reset chip for each bulk toner bottle you purchase.
